A little get-to-know-you game — about 3 minutes. Part curiosity, part compatibility: how you think, what you value, what makes you laugh. A few bits will be tricky — that's by design and happens to everyone. There's no pass or fail. Nothing you answer is stored anywhere — your results appear only on your own screen, and sharing them is up to you.

Every matter dealt the same four arguments in different dress:

The load-bearing case — concedes what it must, and stands anyway.
The strawman — defeats a version of the other side that nobody holds.
The headcount — counts believers instead of weighing reasons.
The closing speech — moves the room without carrying any weight.

Moving the room is a real skill, and nothing here says otherwise. This memorandum is about a different one: spotting the case that would survive cross-examination. Matter by matter — how the bench read the field, and where your eye went.
